Rhobin takes you on a very enjoyable space trip all over the galaxy in her novel HOME WORLD: AGINFELD. With trips between space stations and planets, you'll find yourself mixed in with the politics and life that make up Rhobin's universe. Being a science fiction fan, I can say this is another twist to what space living can be and won't be found anywhere else.

Home World Aginfeld by Rhobin Courtright is an emotionally stirring story of political intrigue and romance. It is filled with complex characters, each very interesting by themselves. Alix is a strong woman in many ways, yet she is very vulnerable. She has survived many years of terrible torture and abuse and this helps shape her personality. The abuse is described in heart-wrenching detail. She is attracted to Nickal but she does rebel against the constant constraints placed upon her. Nickal is arrogant and domineering, he is attracted to Alix but he wants to make her into the perfect Aginfeld wife. He is one of the characters that will change greatly. The dialogue was well written and flows smoothly. This story will bring tears to the eye when Alix's history is told and then to watch what is done to her on Aginfeld. The resolution in the end brings healing to all. The romance is bumpy from the beginning but develops into something great. After all of this, someone wants Alix and Nickal out of the picture and attempts are made on their lives. Home World Aginfeld is a wonderfully written, emotionally stirring futuristic story filled with political intrigue and the love of family.
